Service Duration & Staffing

• Package pricing includes up to 8 hours of bartender labor.
• Bar supply pricing assumes up to 6 hours of ingredient and supply usage.
• Extended supply adjustment after 6 hours may be needed.
• Bartender service exceeding 8 hours will incur overtime charges.

Recommended Staffing Guide

• Up to 60 guests — 1 bartender
• 60–120 guests — 2 bartenders
• 120–200 guests — 3 bartenders
• 200–280 guests — 4 bartenders
• 280–400 guests — 5 bartenders
